The PPC is comprised of 12 members elected by the parish. They evaluate the needs of the parish, oversee strategic planning and goal setting and approve the annual budget. They are essential collaborators with the Pastor in addressing all the pastoral needs of our parish. Parishioners are welcome to reach out to any PPC member with their ideas or concerns. The Finance Committee considers and makes recommendations concerning parish finances. They work within the framework of the approved parish budget to supervise spending so that the physical and spiritual needs of the church and community may be reached. The Stewardship Committee works to invite parishioners to become more involved in the parish as they offer God their time, talent, and treasure. The mission of the Facilities Committee is to provide long-range planning and goal-setting for the St. Patrick Campus. They help manage any parish “work days” and individual volunteer activities. The Gardening Angels gather to cultivate and maintain the plants, flowers and shrubs on our parish grounds. Contact: Parish Office (secretary@saintpat.org)
The Liturgy Committee sets policy and direction for all parish liturgical celebrations at St. Patrick.
Sacristans minister before, during, and after the Mass by preparing all that is needed for various liturgical celebrations, and by guiding altar servers as necessary. Contact: Rebecca Olinski (eternityglobal@gmail.com)
Altar Servers (fifth grade and older) minister through serving at Mass. They provide an example of service, devotion, and humility. They assist the priest and other ministers at the altar. Periodic training is held throughout the year. Contact: Marty Schmidt (martin.schmidt@saintpat.org)

EMHCs assist the priest in the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass and, in the absence of a priest, at Communion Services. Contact: Linda McQuiston (mcquistonlinda@gmail.com)
Choir members and musicians use their voices and talents to lead the assembly in song. Cantors additionally announce and lead hymns, psalms, and gospel acclamations during masses and other liturgical celebrations such as weddings and funerals. Training is provided as needed. Ushers greet parishioners and guests with a friendly smile and provide a variety of services at Mass such as assisting with seating, helping with collections, and distributing bulletins. Contact: Scott Rhodes (sc-rhodes@hotmail.com)
The Altar Society is a service and social group for all women of the parish. They care for the altar linens and vessels used in the Eucharistic celebration. Contact: Lauren Pate (laurensuzannepate@yahoo.com)

Coffee and Donuts volunteers serve coffee and donuts during a time of fellowship following the 9:00 am Sunday Mass (first Sunday of each month). This provides social, community-building time for established parishioners, newcomers, and visitors. Coffee & Donuts is currently being held in the northeast vestibule of the Church. Shut-In/Hospital Visitors minister to those members of our parish community who cannot worship with us on a regular basis due to illness or advanced age. They perform a variety of services, including praying and visiting with them. Contant: Betty Kapellusch (bkapellusch@hotmail.com)
